Since installing build 143, I get the following message each time I try to run a backup. "VSCSRV.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close."
FBackup reports the backup was successful.
Do I need to be concerned or do anything about this error?

Hi;
I sent the basic error screen and the two related detail screens.
Hope it helps. I have installed Build 145 and still get the same error.

Hello.
I have the same problem as the original poster. I installed FBackup (build 153) and started to use it. The first 3 backup jobs (docs, photos and videos) went smoothly. Today, when I made a "Documents and settings" backup and a Firefox profiles backup both times I received this error message from Windows. This has to deal with the "shadow copy" part of the beginning of the backup. the actual backups went smoothly.
What could be the problem ? Even if everything OK, it is annoying to receive this error message everytime I try FBackup in the future...
Regards
(edit: I think I found at least a reason. The error only appears when I try to do a backup from files located on my "C", system hard drive. Jobs backing up files from a second, non-system hard drive (like my documents, Photos, Videos), did not and do not get errors)

Hi,
We don't have such problems here.

It seems the Volume Shadow Copy does not work correctly on all your drives.

Hello Admin...
Since this didn't work, do you have any other suggestions?? Is there any information that I can provide you to help determine the problem?
