Whenever I backup my C drive I get about 16-20 warnings (Dont know how to see these, cannot spot them in log file)

But on completing back up if I try to open the zip folder I get the message "Cannot open zip folder, file is invalid"

Hi,
1. Please send me the log file from View->Job Logs->Last backup log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

2. The zip component from Windows cannot handle files larger than 2 GB. Please use WinZip 9.1 or later to open such large zip files.

I have tried to locate last log file, but it is not showing a log file for any of these backups, the back for my E drive is backing ok and showing log files.

Do I assume my C drive back up is not completing as every time it shows warnings 16 on last backup attempt.
I am using Winzip 17 to open backups

Hi,
When it shows you the warnings, please save that file and sent it to me at info[at]fbackup[dot]com. That is the log file.

The logfile is too big to email, maybe I am trying to backup too much at a time
Update on the problem, if I do not include Program data in backup I do not get any warnings, however I cannot open zip folder with Winzip 17 it says 'Folder invalid'

I do not get the problem with a backup of my E drive folder
I understand the C drive backup is very large, I just need to be confident a backup has taken place and will restore without problems

Hi,
Please note FBackup was not designed for system backup so you shouldn't backup Windows folder nor Program Files folder. You should backup only data files.
If the backup was executed without errors, you should be able to open the zip file using WinZip 9.1 or later.
