After years of using FBackup it now has a problem on my 64 bit Win 7 p.c. It starts fine and then stops responding after approximately 2 minutes. I cannot close the program even from Task Manager. I do not get any error messages it just stops responding.

FBackup has been doing a great job on the same computer and I have not added any new jobs in over a year.

Do you have large jobs inside?

Please close FBackup and try to rename the following folder:

C:\Users\current user\AppData\Roaming\Softland\FBackup 4

Open FBackup and see if you still have the problem.

it appears that the problem may be in the external hard drive I am using. I will swap with another and see what happens
