I tried to restore and the folders are empty. I had windows vista and was restoring files after a clean install of Windows 7.

Please send us:
- the restore log from View->Job Logs->Last Restore Log
- the .fkc catalog file from View->Open Folder->Catalog Folder
Put the files into a zip archive and send it to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
