FBackup Update to 5.0.182 Fails

I tried to update my previous FBackup 4 <something> to the new 5_0_182
When I attempted the Installation, I immediately got an error about something called: framedyn.dll not being found - Try again.
Well I tried again about 4 times including re-downloading of the EXE and all of the attempts failed.
OS: Win XP Pro
What is wrong?
