FBackup skips updated Truecrypt containers.

Hi, I have a Truecrypt volume file that's 256mb in size that FBackup skips after the initial copy even if the Truecrypt contents have changed. I've tested this by:
1. Mount TC file to L:
2. Update an existing file in the TC volume.
3. Unmount the TC volume.
4. Run FBackup.
5. FBackup completes without copying any files even though the TC file changed.
At first I thought this was because TC preserves the timestamp on the container file, but there is an option in the TC settings to disable this. I repeated the steps above and FBackup *still* would not copy the updated .tc file. We just lost 2 years of personal records because of this, so I'd love to know how to fix it.
The .tc file is not 'locked'. I tried renaming it in Windows to verify this.
