OK and Cancel buttons missing

I have installed the latest version of FBackup 5 on a Windows 7 laptop.
When trying to edit the scheduler properties, neither the Save nor Cancel buttons can be seen at the bottom of the window. I have mid-sized and stretched the windows to try to make the buttons visible with no success. At one time, I could see the very top of the buttons, but I have not been able to replicate that view again. I increased the screen resolution to maximum 1920x1280 which did not resolve the issue.
I have installed this version on a Vista and Winows 8.1 machine and am able to see the buttons normally. (The 8.1 machine is an Ultrabook with a 12" screen, so screen size shouldn't be the problem.)
