Multiple back up

I created one back op job and have it scheduled weekly. The back up is saved on an external HDD. Over the past few months it has saved every single back up. Is there a way to only have it save the last 2-3 back ups it does and not create a new back up every time?

Hi,
If you use the Full backup type in FBackup, only the latest backup version is stored in destination, the older ones are deleted.
If for some reasons the older versions were not deleted by FBackup, you can manually delete them from destination.
In case of restore, FBackup will use only the latest backup version.
