Problem when upgrading

What can it mean?
Could not write value EventMessageFile to key
\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Application\FBackup 5.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your
support personnel

Hi,

Please try again using an administrator account.
Do you have the same problem?

Can you install other applications from that user account?

I tried.
Same. Unchanged.
Other programs are installed properly
74-75% of the installation process and the message.

Can you give me access to your computer using Teamviewer? Write us an email to info[at]fbackup[dot]com to discuss the time when to connect.
No other clients reported such a problem.
