shutdown after backup fails

The backup runs fine and I would like to shutdown after backup. I get the following messages in the log:

Run program/action "<Shut down>"
[8/15/2014 11:04:41 PM] Send "saPowerOff" notification to bShutdownSched (0) with force parameter false: FAILED
[8/15/2014 11:04:41 PM] SetShutdownRights failed with error: Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller(1300)
[8/15/2014 11:04:41 PM] ExitWindowsEx failed with error: A required privilege is not held by the client(1314)
[8/15/2014 11:04:41 PM] Warning: Could not execute action "<Shut down>". Reason: "A required privilege is not held by the client (1314)"

I don't understand what the error messages are telling me. The options I have on are for the backup to run whether or not the user is logged on, to wake the computer to run the backup and I have entered my password. I'm running Windows 8.1.

I appreciate any suggestions for how to resolve this.

Hi,

Is there any user logged on when the backup is running?
