Hello,

I am having a problem with a freshly installed copy of FBackup5. Lots of files appear to be skipped during the backup process. The logs appear like this:

[9/22/2014 2:28:00 AM] Warning: Skipping file H:\RavenDB\Web\Tenants\aa\Indexes\indexing.crash-marker
Destination error (code 108329208). Cannot find description of this error code. (H:\RavenDB\Web\Tenants\aa\Indexes\indexing.crash-marker).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi,

1. Do you have the same problem if you use another destination drive?
2. What drive type is that?
3. Is there something special with that drive?

Any answer for this question? I have a similar error message, but the code is "code 128710972".

I don't get this message when I backup my photos, only my other items.

Thanks.

I haven't attempted with another drive to backup to. But, will try tomorrow if I have time.

I do two backups of my system. One of my documents (excluding the photos folder) and one of my photos only. Both are from the same drive on my laptop and going to the same Western Digital My Passport external drive. The drive is not full. Both backups are set up identically except for the locations of the files.

There is nothing special about either the original location drive or the destination drive.
