Problem with mirror option

I am having an issue with the mirror option. I changed over to this option and while I have about 25GB of data in the folders to be backed up, the backup set has very few of the folders and only 2.8GB of data. Any ideas? I want to upgrade to backup4all but need to see it work with this version first.

Hi,
Some type of files can be compressed to a smaller size. Please try to extract the resulting zip file (or restore it to another location using FBackup). What is the size of the resulted files?

We aren't using the zip file. We are using the mirror option. No compression
