.Net problem installing on Win 2008R2 SP1

I have issues installing FBackup on a fresh Win 2008R2 SP1 server.

When I try to install, it tells me I need .Net and it essentially quits the install process (or appears to).

I noticed that FBackup appears in my installed software list in Control Panel but I can't uninstall because again it wants to see .Net.

The problem is that .Net is activated on this server and it is working because I needed it for my QuickBooks database server. So, what do I need to do to either get installed or uninstalled. As it exists, I appear to be in limbo.

Never mind. I installed .Net Framework 4 and was able to uninstall the partial installation and then reinstall.

Now for the fun stuff ...
