When I try to add the Users folder (or one of its subfolders) to a backup, the ok button is grayed out. Is there a reason for this? How can I include this folder in the backup?

Hi,
Please make sure you are not trying to add the shortcut to that folder.

No I'm not trying to add a shortcut. I'm using Windows 4 64 bit. I can't backup the User folder or any sub folder in that folder. The ok button is grayed out. I don't have any special permissions on any of the folders. I do notice that some of the folders have padlocks. When I remove these, FBackup still won't let me add them.

Cannot add:
C:\Users
or any sub folder in Users. For example:
C:\Users\John\My Documents\Quicken

Hi,
1. Please make sure you have the latest version of FBackup 4.6.257 installed.
2. Can you add other folders to backup?

Yes, I have the latest version. Yes, I can add all folders except those in the Users folder.
