Backing up to a existing backup with missing files

When I do a mirror backup to a existing backup only new files are added to the backup but it does not verify that all files a present in the backup. So if some of the previous backup files are missing and I do another backup it does not add back the missing files in the backup. I'm sure I am just not understanding something but for now I have to delete the backup and the backup job and recreate the job to make sure all the files are backed up. I know I'm not understanding something but I just don't know what it is to simplify this.

Hi,

Please note FBackup does not check for missing files in destination. It is supposed the backup files are not manually deleted.
In Backup Properties->Type->Mirror, there is an option "Fast mirror".
If selected, only new and modified files will be backed up.
If you uncheck it, all files will be backed up every time.

Thank you for your response.
As I can remember backup were successfull in Google Drive.
So I suppose that Fbackup cannot find the *.zip file in Google Drive and so the backup I thaught had been successfull wasn’t.
Do I have to check it manually for it?. Any other place to look for it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi mhsacchi,
You replied to a different post than the one you described the problem.
You can login to Google Drive and see if the backup zip files was not moved to another location.
