Backps won't start

A few days ago, for what I believe was a no apparent reason, but it did do a 2018-12 Security Update4 for Adobe Flasy Player, but don't see how it would be related, it won't start any backup jobs anymore, they just time out and a message comes up it can't start the job. When I restart the program it takes a very long time to come up, while the rest of the PC is fine. Even trying to go into properties takes a long time to come up, and trying to look at the log file, just won't bring up the log file. I've uninstalled it, downloaded and reinstalled with no effect. HELP!

Hi,

Please close FBackup and rename this folder:
"C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\FBackup 7\"
FBackup will start with no jobs. Do you still have the problem?
