Formerly I got no errors and have backed up often. After a recent update, I now get the following error. Please tell me why.
[11/28/2011 11:54:46 PM] Split zip file "G:\1 Docs & Settings & ACT! Complete\Docs-Settings-ACT to G\1_C.zip" in parts of 1,854,227.38 KB each

[12:16:38 AM] Close catalog file "C:\Users\Don's Computer\AppData\Roaming\Softland\FBackup 4\fkcFiles\Docs-Settings-ACT to G.fkc"

[11/29/2011 12:16:38 AM] Error: Backup aborted. Reason:

Stream read error

Files skipped: 8

Backup aborted at 11/29/2011 12:16:38 AM with 1 error(s), 8 warning(s)

Hi,
Please send us:

-the complete backup log from View->Job Logs->Last backup log

-the .fkc catalog file from View->Open Folder->Catalog folder.

Put the files into a zip archive and send them to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

What was the solution? Only I've just got the same "stream read error" message. The last few lines of the backup log were:
[18/07/2012 13:58:49] Split zip file "E:\Routine Backup\Flash Drive Backup\1_My Documents.zip" in parts of 3,391,283.44 KB each

[18/07/2012 14:51:25] Close catalog file "C:\Documents and Settings\Paul Newman\Application Data\Softland\FBackup 4\fkcFiles\Flash Drive Backup.fkc"

[18/07/2012 14:51:25] Error: Backup aborted. Reason:

Stream read error

Backup aborted at 18/07/2012 14:51:26 with 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

Hi,
In the previous case, the user needed to uncheck some source files with program files.

That is not a general case, so I would ask you to send me the above listed files.
