Does Build 218 fix "Outlook Express Errors During Backup" (see post 1628), or just fix the VSCSRV error?

With latest FBackup update (installed today), the vscsrv.exe error occurs.

Yes. I have the same problem if disable the antivirus.
Avira antivirus.
