I keep getting the following error:
[12/19/2019 5:23:35 PM] Remove excluded or deleted files from backup
[12/19/2019 5:23:52 PM] Warning: Cannot delete folder: "E:\Toshiba\"

The directory "Toshiba" on the E: drive is the directory where FBackup is storing my mirrored files. Why is it trying to delete the directory?

Please send us the complete backup log and the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
We need the see the complete backup setup.
