How can I prevent splash screen for splashing whenever FBackup starts a backup job? Or ever?

Hi,

You cannot avoid the splash screen on starting application.
Please note that if you want to run scheduled backups, there is no need for FBackup application to be started. The scheduled backups can run without starting FBackup main interface (make sure in Backup Properties->Scheduler->General page, the "Show main application" option is unchecked).
