Catalog File Not Available

FBackup 9.9 spent two days doing a full back up of a large folder of a large folder (1.1TB) on my notebook hard drive to an external hard drive. When I tried to restore it, I got "Backup is empty or catalog file is not available". When I go to my external destination drive, I can see the zipped backup file and an fkc file. Am I doing something wrong?

Is the backup completed?
Did you get any errors in log?
Please send us the last backup log for that job to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
