				Here is a screenshot:
Problem is only occurring on my 32-bit machine. No issues on my 64-bit machine.
Thanks!

				Hi,
What version of FBackup do you use?

I'm not really sure what you are asking. FBackup4, Version 4.8, Build 286.
Here's a screenshot:

When this error comes up I have been cancelling (or closing, as the case may be) the VscSrv2008.exe service and the backup runs, but the shadow copy is not being made properly, I do not think. It seems the backup runs fine but I am not sure.
I thought I might be having an issue with some files that I had decided to exclude from one of my backup jobs not being properly excluded even though I have the backup job set to "remove excluded or deleted files from backup". The recently excluded files were not removed from the backup. I was able to finally get this to work properly but not without a little effort. Seems that unchecking the files that I wished was not being saved properly in the newly altered backup job. Perhaps this is completely unrelated to the VscSrv2008.exe error.

				Hi,
Can you give me access to your computer using TeamViewer?

				Hi,
In this case, you have to make sure the Volume shadow copy service is started and properly working on your computer.

The windows "Volume Shadow Copy" service? It is set to a "Manual" Startup Type. I have never changed this setting in Windows. FBackup4 is not starting it properly, I suspect. But even if I start it, manually, the VscSrv2008.exe error still occurs when I run FBackup.

				Hi,
Please uninstall and reinstall FBackup. Make sure all files are deleted from the installation folder after uninstall.
Do you still have the problem?
