Date for the trial is expired after 0 days

Yesterday I install the free FBackup and made a successful backup.
After that I download the Backup4all and import the settings from FBackup.
My problem is that the Backup4all doesn't work it says that the free try period has expired.
What can I do?

Please send us an email to support[at]backup4all[dot]com and ask them for an extra trial key for Backup4all.
