Fbackup 6.4 scheduled tasks not running / can't export jobs

I have v6.4 installed on a Windows Server 2008 machine. I've just noticed that all of my scheduled jobs stopped running a few weeks ago. Most of them are set to run daily, and all are enabled. The machine is left powered-on and logged-in 24/7, so I have no idea why they haven't been running.
I'd like to try backing up all of my jobs and re-installing Fbackup (the latest version), but I can't find any option to do it, and I can't find the relevant plug-in in my Fbackup installation (plugins) folder. Can anyone advise on how I can backup my jobs?
