Failed when restoring a backup

Hello. I tried to restore several backups in a new computer from a network disk. I failed while restoring one of the backups. The error is "Backup is empty or catalog file is not available". However, I loaded the .fkc catalog file from the backup folder and the backup has been run last week. Since my old computer collapsed, I could not check whether there was any problem during last backup.

The output in the log file is as follows

Hi,

You sent us the backup catalog which is corrupt and cannot be used. Try to manually extract the backup from destination.
