I have set up FBackup as an administrator and all works well. My wife has a separate account on this PC, so can she also backup? If so, how do I set it up? (Tried setting her up as admin also, but that didn't work).
Can a second account user also use FBackup to backup?

You cannot do that.
The backup jobs and settings are saved for each user individually.
If you want to use the same settings for all users, you need to use our commercial product: Backup4all.
