I'm Looking for a Backup solution that's free, what's are some great programs out there I might not be aware of?

Symantec Backup Exec 2010 is no longer cutting it, as I have to manually do backups since the drives disconnect upon log out. Looking for an alternate solution that automates backups without the nuance of having to keep the session logged in for the duration.

You can use FBackup as a free backup solution.
