Hi
Been getting these errors, does anybody know why?:
"Cannot use USN journal for this backup. Reason: There are not enough files in the backup"
"[03/02/2022 18:25:36] Warning: Skipping file **********
Source error (code 138275168). Cannot find description of this error code. (******.
Please check the file permissions"
Thank you

Hi,
The USN message is only informal.
The source error code does not mean something exactly. It should be analyzed in the context.
Please send us the entire backup log to info[at]fbackup[dot]com

Re: "There are not enough files in the backup" e.t.c
I am getting "Cannot use USN journal for this backup. Reason: There are not enough files in the backup" in the log file.
This occurs on running a mirror backup which on completion shows "Success"
This occurs when there are files to backup and when there aren't.
Running FBackup version 9.5 build 525.
Can someone help?

Hi,
Please open Backup Properties->Advanced page.
Uncheck the “Smart file scanning mode” option and press Save.
Run again the backup.
Let us know if you still have the problem.
