Please make sure that FBackup is not blocked by the antivirus/firewall. Put the entire installation folder in the exceptions list of the antivirus/firewall.
Then restart FBackup and try again to run the backup.

Can you reproduce the problem with a new test backup job using those 4 files?

That tool will rename the paths if you extract the zip file with it.
Similar results can be accomplished if user manually extracts the files in the root of the drive, having a short path.

To ignore those files, please open Backup Properties->Sources.
Uncheck this folder "D:\$RECYCLE.BIN\"

Hi, You need to use FBackup, not to manually copy/edit/delete files in destination. The backup destination is supposed to be a safe copy of the source files.
