A number of months ago I loaded FBackup. The individual(8) backup disappeared one night for reasons I can not explained. I uninstalled and went on to other things. Several weeks later I tried again. The new install is working (some times) as I receive an message in effect saying the backup is not legitimate, yet some of the 8 work in spite of the message. Question: In what directory can I find the actual named backup eg Monday full. Question: I do believe that the purchase of Backup4all Professional will permit the backing up of my network. Is that correct ? Thank you in advance

Hi,
1. To find the destination of the backup, please select the backup job, go to View->Open folder->Destination folder.
2. Yes, using the Backup4all Professional edition will allow you backing up from a network location.
Please note you can get a free license of Backup4all Professional. There is a giveaway at the top of this page.

Hi,
You have to understand I don't know the names of the folders and backup jobs you used to set up your backup, so I cannot tell you the name of the files on your computer.
As I already told you, there is a shortcut to the destination folder in View->Open folder->Destination folder

I am sorry for being thick headed. I do know where the actual backed up data goes. What I am so clumsily trying to say, is “where does the software put file (Monday Full) that the scheduler calls. Eg. I have a back up called “Monday Full”. I can not find it on my hard drive. This messages that I am getting are “Parameter “Email Backup” is not a valid backup job or group”. That is true, in 2011 but in 2010 I did have a backup job called “Emil Backup”in 2010 but I do not in 2011. Where is, the directory, this message coming from so I can delete it? Thank you in advance.
