I cannot access my previous backed up files/docs on FBackup

Hi, can anyone assist me please. I was previously registered on FBackup but my laptop with windows 10 crashed and I had to restore it to the original factory settings with Windows 8. My problem is I cannot currently log into the "old back" FBack up site (previous version) with my passwords and had to register again today. I still cannot retrieve my previous back uped documents. Can anyone assist or provide some guidance on how to access the previous documents I backed up on FBackup. Help will be appreciated. Regards. Petrus

Hi,

Can you access the backup files and catalog in destination?
If yes, please open the backup catalog (.fkc file) in FBackup. That will recreate the backup job in FBackup so you can run the restore.
If you want to manually extract the files from destination, please use WinZip 9.1 or newer.
