Hi,
It is unclear for me how those files are missing from destination as long as they exists in sources.
In order to make sure other files are not missing, you can copy-paste the source files to the corresponding destination folder. When Windows will ask if you want to overwrite the files, press Skip all. That will only copy the files not existing in destination and will skip all files existing in destination.
