Warning: Cannot create folder Access Denied

Post by wbmagee »

Upgraded to FB5 and now scheduled backups will not run. Get Error - Warning: Cannot create folder "C:\Users\Bruce\AppData\Local\Temp\Softland\FBackup 5\LS7LRID51165600\".
Access is denied

Hi,

Do you use an administrator account?
Do you have enough permissions to copy files in that location?

I use an administrator account and have the proper permissions. Only started occurring when upgraded to Fbackup 5. Had no problem with Fbackup 4.

This is the error, it has not worked on a schedule backup since upgrading to Fbackup5

Hi,

Can you manually create a folder in this location using Windows Explorer: C:\Users\Bruce\AppData\Local\Temp\Softland\FBackup 5 ?
