Warnings/errors

I hope someone can answer my question

I did a "mirror" of my C drive and i have 42 warnings

Does this mean the backup is NOT Good or reliable

for my backup?

I have tried to backup all my data but there is a warning of a file skipped.
Found that the file skipped is those files with Chinese File Name.
Can anyone tell me how can i also backup those Files with Chinese name(without rename it).
