My user is away, have to wait for her to come back office then can install the latest version.
All files backup unsucessful? Or only the warning file? Here is Archive pst file

Hi Support,
What is the latest version? 4.6? Download the latest version is 4.6, after installed on my laptop it showing version 4.6, same as the version we have installed. Please advise.

Hi Support,
I have confirmed that the version we are using is 4.6, tried to download latest just now, after installed, it is same as what I have installed for user. since we are using the latest version still facing the warning issue in my previous mail, could you advise how to we resolve this issue. Thanks.

Hi,
You sent us the log file for a backup executed with version 4.6.254 of FBackup.

I asked you to install the latest version: 4.6.260.

You are now telling me that you already have the latest version?

In this case, why did you send me an older log?

Sorry is my mistake, myself is using 4.6.260, user is using 4.6.254, will install the latest version for user. Thanks.
