backup question

I'm using Fbackup to make weekly backups of userdata on my mother's Win XP computer. Its scheduled to perform a backup on a certain day and time. However, the computer isn't on all the time so, here is how I want the scheduler to behave: i want the backup to occur if at least a week has passed since the last backup. I haven't found if Fbackup is capable of scheduling such backups. Can it do it?

No responses so let me rephrase the question: Will Fbackup reschedule missed tasks? If the computer is off at the scheduled time, will Fbackup run the backup the next time the computer boots?
