Hello everyone,

Can Fbackup save all user's data on my PC (Win 10) ?

E.g. my profile, my wife, my kids etc.

Or do I have to run multiple fbackup jobs in every profile?

If the other users files are accessible from your account, you can back them up using FBackup.

In fact from my user profile I cannot access other user's local dirs.

So should I setup a specific backup job in each user profile ?

You can set up a job for each profile, but the job for each profile must be executed while that user is logged on, in order for FBackup to have the necessarily permissions to access those files.
