Is there a way to backup only new files in order to shorten backup time and effort?

Also be able to remove files that have been deleted from source.

Hi,
Yes, using the Mirror backup type, you can back up only new or modified files and you can also set the option to remove the deleted files from destination.

To change the backup type, please go to Backup Properties->Mirror.
