Excuse me but I have read a lot and I prefer to start a new topic and ask directly: do the scheduled tasks work without starting a Windows session?
I investigated and I found some information posted months ago. It seems to me that in somewhere I read that newer versions worked even if no user is logged on, but according to my tests, that's incorrect.
Does fbackup works without start a session?

Hi,
Yes, FBackup works even there is no user logged on, if you schedule the backup using the "With Windows scheduler" option.
To make sure you used it, go to Backup Properties->Scheduler->Edit->Properties.
