FBackup prompts you for a Windows User Account & Password when setting up a new Schedule using the Windows Scheduler option. It always presents the logged in domain account and prompts for the appropriate password. I had hoped to be able to detail and embed either Local or Domain Admin credentials here for ordinary domain users and therefore Backup open PST files via these enhanced credentials. However even though the prompt accepts these alternate credentials, no schedule is produced as a result. It appears that domain users can only input their own details. Am I misunderstanding the nature of these credentials? Is there a way to backup open PST files as an ordinary (non admin) user? If not, can this be achieved by using the Backup4all product?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
In both FBackup and Backup4all, backing up open files requires an administrator user account.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
