Hi: Noob here. I just installed Fbackup. I want to mirror update files and folders on my desktop (computer A) that are already backed up to another computer on my home network (computer B). So, for example, I want Fbackup to mirror my Computer A "literature" folder to an already-existing "literature" folder on computer B. Instead, Fbackup creates its own folder on computer B into which it dumps a new copy of the "literature" folder. How (if at all) can I get Fbackup to find the correct computer B "literature" folder and back up to that?
I suspect that this question must have been answered before, but I really did try to find a solution in Fbackup Help, and in the forums here. Thanks for any help.
How do I back up to pre-existent files and folders?

Hi, FBackup won't help for syncronization, so it won't recognize what files you already have in there unless they were backed with FBackup already. Also, you cannot customize the name of the folder where it backs up.

Hi: Thanks for the clarification.

So, let's say, I've a 5tb disk of (previous manual) backups and from now on, I want to use Fbackup for that job.
Isn't there a way of skipping the process of re-copying this buttload of files by just checking the already existing files and mirroring any new ones?
Thanx in advance!

Hi,
You cannot do that with FBackup.
