I cannot back up at all

hello.

I have installed Fbackup on 15 computers and store it in our NAS system but only 5 computers worked. They all have same configurations but why are the 10 dont back up at all? what could be the problem? Please help.

After back up, it said that that it back up successfully and when I checked the Last backup file, seems no problem.. it seems that it back up. but when i view the destination where I saved the backup, there is nothing.. What seems to be the problem? Please help. Thanks

Can you run the backups manually?

What is different on those computers?

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
