Unfortunately not.
Is this a known bug ??? I can confirm this happens on version 8.0 build 155 . even tried a new backup job .

I'm having the same problem – some folders should be deleted but are not.
My Fbackup version is 8.5.259. I use fast mirror, create full paths, and remove excluded or deleted files.
Checking my log files (made each backup) under the section 'Remove excluded or deleted files from backup', I see the following for about 25 folders: "Cannot delete folder: "F:\BU MyPics\C\Users\Doug\Pictures\ (etc…)"
When I look into the destination drive I see them there. They stay even after repeated backups.
Why can't these folders and files be deleted? It destroys the purpose of my backups to have them there.

if you are running a mirror backup make sure in
settings, type, select the "Remove excluded or deleted files from backup"
also in the settings under advanced smart file scanning mode should be UNTICKED ( apparently having this selected will cause issues when you are backing up a large number of files )

Please send us the last backup log and the .fkc catalog file from the backup destination to info[at]fbackup[dot]com
Let us know the path of such a file/folder not deleted from backup.
