Hi,
I am a new FBackup user and have the following problem. I have a windows 2008 Rs server, which makes the backup to a NAS (network attached starage). This NAS then transfers the files to another NAS which is not in the office but in another location. When I try to open and restore the files on the computer in the other location, the file wont open. If I want to copy the file from the NAs to another folder it says that I am not authorised to do so even though I am the admin user. I would be super happy if someone could help as the fbackup is a cool software, only it doesnt help if I cant restore the files later on. Thanks a lot

Hi,
Are the files correctly restored?
The problems you reported seems to be not related to FBackup:
- opening the restored files - not enough permissions
- copying the files - not enough permissions

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
