Backup Aborted. Reason: Access Violation

Backup appears to finish. Then I have a pop-up that says:
Mums new hard drive backup
Backup Aborted. Reason: Access Violation at address 007F2AD6 in module 'FBackup.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFE.
See log file "C:\Documents and Settings\Jean\Application Data\Softland\FBackup 4\Logs\mums new hard drive backup_20121008130613.backup.log" for details.
Do you want to view the log file now?
(CHECKBOX - TICKED) Always show the warnings of a backup
(BUTTON - YES) (BUTTON - NO)

Oh - Forgot to add that search of log file shows no errors or warnings except for system Volume information, Root of drive (e:\) and a file that has a space at the beginning.

Tried to send backup to info[at]fbackup[dot]com but file is 248MB

Looking for fileshare website...

Hi,
Do you use the latest version of FBackup 4.8.286?

If not, please download the above version and run again the backup.

Do you know you can monitor your backups remotely with Backup4all Monitor? You can read more here: https://www.backup4all.com/backup4all-monitor.html
