Can not reinstall after corrupted user profile

Hi, After a reinstall on a Windows 7 computer that is connected to a domain, I get a message saying a error occurred while opening FBackup. The computer had a bad Windows user profile, so deleted and recreated it (as a different profile name under c:\users). I was able to uninstall FBackup, When I reinstalled FBackup I noticed that the installer recreated the old profile folder in c:\users, but I get that error when trying to open FBackup. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times and I get the same thing.

Hi,

Please delete the following folders:
c:\ProgramData\Softland\FBackup 7\
c:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Softland\FBackup 7\

Then try again to open FBackup. Do you still have the problem?

Yes, deleting the folder c:\ProgramData\Softland\FBackup 7\ and then reinstalling FBackup worked. Thanks for the help.
