Does not shut down

Hi! :)

Thanks for a great program!

But I am having one trouble with the scheduler - they program does not shut down the computer after having done the backup.

What is the trouble?

I am using Windows 8.1 - 64.

Please let me know.

Hi,

Do you use an administrator account to schedule the backup?
Is there any user logged on at the scheduler time?
Is the computer locked during the scheduled backup execution?

Hi,

We found there is a problem when using the "run whether the user is logged on or not" option. The computer will not shutdown.
I was able to shutdown the computer using the other scheduler option: "Run only if the user is logged on".
