Error - Not all privileges or groups are assigned...

FBackup 5.0
After backup has run the PC does not complete shutdown and the log file shows the following information...
Warning: Could not execute action "<Shut down>". Reason: "Not all privileges or groups referenced are assigned to the caller (1300)"
All files seem to be backup up OK and a test backup reports backup successful but still the PC does not shut down.
Please can you help to point me in the right direction to fix this error?

Do you use an administrator user account?
What version of Windows you have?

Yes I have an account with administrator privileges.

After having got this error and checked all the obvious stuff I uninstalled version 5 and installed version 4.
I then configure version 4 exactly the same as I did with version 5 but this time everything works OK and the PC shuts down correctly after the backup runs. I then uninstalled version 4 and reinstalled version 5 - still the same error occurs where the PC fails to shut down after the backup.
I have now got both version 5 AND version 4 installed. Version 4 shuts down OK after running backup but version 5 still fails.

The shutdown commands should work the same in both versions of FBackup.

I have now tried this suggested solution but still the same - not fixed.
The shutdown after backup works OK with version 4 but not with version 5 so the problem seems to be somewhere else in the version 5 program.

Is there any other area I can look to try to fix this problem?
