When a copy of a FBackUp 4.8 build 278 completely freezes the operating system. Only helps the computer completely reboot. In Safe mode, run the same job swears an error in VscSrv2008x64.exe. After closing the error copy is created normally.
I work in Windows 7 x64. Antivirus program is installed ESET NOD 32 4.2.76.0.

Please go to Control Panel - > Administrative Tools - > Services.
Make sure the Volume shadow copy service is started and properly working.
