Installation hangs at 91%

I am trying to upgrade FBackup to build 483.
The installer hangs at "removing applications" every time. I uninstalled the old version and removed its folder and registry entries, but no change in the installer behaviour.
I can cancel the install, so it is still responsive. Leaving it running over the weekend didn't help, it's still at 91%.
I have tried rebooting. When I login 2 instances of the installer start automatically.

This is windows server 2003.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Please delete the temporary folder to and also the registry items of FBackup.
Do you still have the problem?

I removed all of the registry entries containing "softland" and deleted all temp files I could find as well as the application data folder. The same problem still occurs.
I attached the log files. They contain lots of errors, but I don't know what the problem is.

Hi,

It seems you have an antivirus that is removing the downloaded file during the installation.
Please try to install FBackup using the full setup from: http://www.soft112.com/out/http%253A%25 ... p-software

Thank you for replying quickly.

I tried both the small installer and the full installer. They both do exactly the same thing. The regular installer does not even seem to download the files.
I tried disabling the antivirus, but there was no change.
